Healthy Mango Smoothie

Summer is around the corner and mango tree branches are starting to bend under the weight of the juicy fruits. Fill up your daily fibre intake with this delicious healthy mango smoothie.

Tip: Pop what’s left in the freezer for sun-filled ice creams!

Preparation time: 7 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup milk (plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp blueberry
  • 1 tsp crushed walnuts

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl or large jar
  3. Add toppings and serve.
