Plastic Free July is an annual global movement that challenges individuals to refuse single-use plastics for an entire month. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the detrimental effects of plastic pollution and encourage people to adopt long-term habits that reduce plastic waste.

Reducing food waste is not only beneficial for our wallets but also for the environment. By creatively repurposing ingredients that might otherwise go to waste, we can create delicious and sustainable meals. This waste-free (and delicious!) banana loaf recipe showcases the incredible potential of repurposing often-discarded ingredients like overripe fruit and vegetable scraps.

Beetroot is a vegetable that's often overlooked in the kitchen, but it's actually incredibly versatile and packed with many health benefits.
